Shipping methods & delivery times

We ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely. Here you will find all the important information about our shipping methods, delivery times and costs:

Shipping within Germany:

• Shipping costs: €3.75 per order.
• Free shipping: for orders over €50.
• Delivery time: 1-3 working days after receipt of order or payment.
• Shipping service provider: DHL Parcel / DHL Warenpost.
• Note: We deliver to your home address and also to DHL Packstations in Germany. Shipments to PO boxes and general delivery are not possible.

International Shipping:

• Standard shipping costs: €7 per order.
• Free shipping: for orders over €100.
• Delivery countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
• Delivery time: 5-15 working days via DHL Warenpost International with tracking.
• Note: For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price.

Important additional information:

• All prices include VAT.
• We do not cover return shipping costs.
• Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional costs, such as customs duties, taxes or money transfer fees, which must be borne by the customer. You can find further information on the European Commission website, the import sales tax database and, for Switzerland, on the TARES website.

Particularities:

• Items marked as free shipping will result in the normal shipping charge for the entire order when a non-free shipping item is added.

Processing time:

• The processing time for orders is 2-4 days on weekdays (Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
