We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return them to us.

Return costs:

Please understand that as a buyer you must bear the costs of the return as well as the original shipping costs. To make the return process easier for you, we will send you a shipping label that you can simply stick on your package. After we receive your return, we will refund you the value of the goods. However, we have to deduct the costs for the return shipping, which means a flat rate of 5 euros will be deducted from your refund. This is used to cover shipping costs.

This is how you make a return

• Return registration: Report your return via our return form . Specify the items you would like to return and add your order number.
• Pack items: Pack items securely, preferably in the original packaging. It is important that you include your order number so that we can quickly assign and process your return.

Attach the return label: Stick the return label provided by us clearly visible on the package.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.

Exceptions Please note that certain items, such as custom-made products or items with a personal dedication, cannot be exchanged or returned. In addition, the goods must be in their new condition - unfortunately we cannot take back items that have been worn, damaged or otherwise altered.
